 Volcán Cayambe
The harmonious city is located on the north side of the Pichincha province that borders the southern part of the Imbabura province. It is placed at 52 km. from the north of Quito, capital of Ecuador, and 25 km (25 minutes) from the south of Otavalo city where the "Mercado de los Ponchos" (the Ponchos Market)is. This is the best known Indian market in the world.
